I understand what the Hillary Clinton voters are going
thru. You put your blood, sweat and tears in a candidate for a year and a half and you loose by such a slim margin, the nomination was so close you could feel it. So you have mourning stage and you go
thru the stages of grief. But when that is period over then you have to recover and get with the program.
Over the last few days I have thought of those who came before us. the founding fathers, the abolitionist, women in the
suffrage movement, and the civil rights leaders. All of these people
scarified so much not just for themselves but for future generations. They not only wanted a better life for themselves but they wanted one that would be felt for years to come.
When each of us go into the polls we need to think about that, perhaps your favorite candidate did not make the Presidential cut or the VP cut. But in this election we need to think about future generations
because they deserve the best that we can leave to them.
